杨俊伟,男,主任医师、教授、博士生导师,南京医科大学、南京医科大学第二附属医院肾脏病中心主任, 1985年毕业于南京医学院医学系(现南京医科大学),在著名肾脏病专家、中国工程院院士黎磊石教授指导下学习工作十余年,分别获得硕士和博士学位,曾在美国匹兹堡大学医学院完成三年半博士后训练,后为江苏省卫生厅、南京医科大学引进人才。杨教授从事肾脏研究工作十余年,在慢性肾功能不全发生机理研究方面取得一定成果,尤其是小管-间质纤维化中EMT的研究工作处于国际领先水平。已取得研究成绩的创新点主要有:①阐明了肾小管上皮细胞转分化对于肾小管-间质纤维化的意义;②首次提出肾小管EMT的学说,并且阐明了其细胞生物学过程,以及肾小管和间质不同细胞转分化的方式;③首次证实肾小管基底膜完整性对于EMT,以及肾小管-间质纤维化的重要性;④明确血管紧张素II在肾小管转分化中的作用,以及相互协同的方式与TGF-b共同参与肾纤维化病变;⑤首次阐明细胞自身调节对于肾小管EMT的作用,以及在肾小管-间质纤维化过程中的意义;⑥首次证实了HGF通过拮抗TGF-b诱导肾小管上皮细胞转分化的方式,抑制肾小管-间质纤维化。并且阐明了HGF拮抗EMT的作用机理。
