主要研究领域包括单胺类神经递质传递分子药理机制及巴金森氏病的发病机理中的运用,后又将细胞膜运输的概念融入神经递质传递和神经特异性亚细胞器如突触囊泡等的形成和功能研究中,并在研究细胞逆膜运输(Retrograde Endosome-to-TGN Trafficking)的分子机制发面报道了一系列原创性 成果 ,成果发表在著名杂志“细胞”,“科学”,“PNAS”等
