李荣凤,女,满族。1992年毕业于内蒙古大学生物系,同年留在内蒙古大学实验动物研究中心工作。分别于1997和2003年获得理学硕士和博士学位,导师旭日干院士。1995年至1996年,赴日本农林水产省开展国际合作研究。2005年至2007年,在美国密苏里大学做博士后研究。目前为南京医科大学代谢疾病研究中心特聘教授,博士生导师。参加工作以来一直从事家畜体外受精、细胞核移植、转基因克隆动物和哺乳动物胚胎干细胞等研究工作。在主持内蒙古自治区自然科学基金项目“体细胞核移植技术在优质高产奶牛快速繁育中的应用”过程中,培育出两头健康的体细胞克隆牛。 在密苏里大学期间,作为主要完成人之一,成功获得了hfat-1转基因猪。作为第一作者于2006年利用显微操作去脂法培育出世界首批经胚胎冷冻保存的体细胞克隆转基因猪。在此基础上,发明了一种无需显微操作的早期胚胎去脂方法,培育了世界第一批非显微去脂法冷冻保存的体外受精猪。申请国际专利一项(US61/190,515)。发表学术论文30余篇,其中19篇为SCI收录。作为副主编出版专著一部《家畜性别控制技术》(科学出版社,2009)。主持研究的成果“哺乳动物胚胎低温耐受性机理和冷冻保存技术研究”于2009年获得内蒙古自治区自然科学奖二等奖。
